    • Research & Knowledge Support Center Leader
      • Managed team of several SME’s (Subject Matter Specialists), including coordination of schedules, deliverable reviews, budget and expense reviews and technical training
      • Completely designed, including all website and content creation, an innovative website and database to showcase the services available to our internal clients.  Back-end of website included tracking database and detailed information on our clients, their open issues, past history and technical profiles of all specialists.   The back-end was created to streamline our processes, many of which were still on paper.  This site was one of the most viewed, complimented and utilized in North America.
      • NA liaison between external vendors and colleagues/executives; maintained vendor relationships, updated colleagues & executives on sources and news; maintained access permissions for sources.
      • Created and conducted training classes through our online learning center.
      • Maintained budget for NA External Sources and negotiated yearly contracts with vendors.
    • Knowledge Architect/Knowledge Manager
      • Worked with other Knowledge Managers & SME’s for each area to create CHS’s (Community Homespaces) or COP’s (Communities of Practice) relevant to their areas of expertise; trained KM’s to maintain new spaces while providing on-going support.
      • Sole North American administrator for Capgemini’s global KM repository; responsibilities included but not limited to filtering information to the appropriate places, training KM’s on processes and functions of repository, technical assistance and creating new sub-repositories as necessary.
      • Administered, created & modified Sharepoint templates to each Project Manager’s specifications and project needs.

Cap Gemini Ernst & Young: Clark, NJ

  • Leader of Knowledge, Research & Learning Support Center:  managed team of SME’s (Subject Matter Specialists);   restructured center and oversaw the cross-training of SME’s to be versatile in all aspects of their roles, streamlined functions to virtually eliminate repetitive actions using web-based request forms and automated response scripts, analyzed support center request reporting, maintained budget for staff, support center & all North American External Vendors.
  • External Vendors:
    • Created and maintained website showcasing external vendors from both the Cap Gemini & Ernst & Young organizations; complete with automated request forms and responses, intuitive cross reference grid and applicable research highlights.
    • Worked as liaison between colleagues, executives and vendors to ensure that we were receiving the best possible research for the contract value; also worked as a liaison between CGE&Y and vendors during conference calls with each vendor’s analysts.
    • Identification of new sources and evaluation of all sources to ensure we were getting the most out of our budget and the research was relevant to our needs.
  • Internal Knowledge Management (KM)
    • Key player in the development of KM standards in North America and continuously improved the processes set in place.
    • Worked with KM’s & SME’s to create CHS’s or COP’s relevant to their areas of expertise; trained KM’s to maintain spaces while providing on-going support.
    • Administrator of Global Knowledge Repository; which included but was not limited to user access administration, document approvals and filters, bug/issue reporting and server testing.
    • Administrator of Global Team Rooms (Sharepoint sites) & VRooms (Virtual Team Rooms); including the creation and formatting of each room to the Project Manager’s specification.
    • Developed e-learning solutions on various subjects in addition to being the Administrator of both the Global and North America Learning Websites
  • Intranet Support
    • Managed various sub-webs of the North American Intranet site including these areas: Knowledge, Learning, Methods and office location pages.  Work included graphic & logo design, GUI design, website coding, QA and reporting.
    • Created and maintained National Proposal Web Portal which showcased the knowledge and resources of the upper-tier proposal team including competitor information, relevant competitive intelligence and specific industry research including the creation of several CI profiles for leading competitors.
