Built automated functions to handle requests for frequently referenced research utilizing web-based request forms and automated email scripts.
    • Created and maintained a WIN Center Portal, showcasing pursuit-related resources and information, including secondary and syndicated research and integrated competitive intelligence findings
    • Developed and designed e-Learning modules using articulate, while serving as the administrator of both the Global and North American Learning Websites

    • Administrator of Global Knowledge Repository; which included deploying document approvals and filters, bug/issue reporting and server testing.  
    • Vendor management portfolio: ensured receipt of relevant secondary and syndicated research content against existing contracts, identification of new information sources and evaluation of all sources. Created and conducted regularly scheduled training sessions on each source, maintaining budget and negotiating contracts for each source.
